Where does CODITOS ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia. For special orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, please email us at hello@enjoycoditos.com. If there is a will there is a way!
How quickly are orders shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 8 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or major holidays, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday weekend may take longer to arrive.
Where do CODITOS packages ship from?
All our packages ship directly from sunny Miami, Florida.
What about delays?
CODITOS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, changes to orders, or severe weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
How do I qualify for flat rate shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders! Shipping rates are calculated directly by our carriers (UPS, USPS, and FedEx) and may vary based on your location and order size.
Return Policy
Online Orders:
At this time, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation of the problem. We’ll carefully review your request and provide refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
In-Store Purchases:
For items purchased at a grocery store or any location other than our website, first please reach out to the retailer directly for returns or refunds.
Merchandise:
All sales of CODITOS merchandise are final. We’re a dedicated team focused on making the best snacks, so this allows us to stay true to our mission of bringing joy and flavor to your snacks!
